These pans are designed to be refills, so if you already own a Glisten palette, this drops straight in. If you are building a custom setup, they work just as well on their own. The formula is water-activated, which gives you control over intensity — a light touch for a wash of colour, more saturation for a full liner look.

How to use: Dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
