The Silver Wet Liner Pan from Glisten Cosmetics is a refillable eyeliner pan designed to slot into their palette system, giving you a vivid, water-activated silver liner that builds from a subtle shimmer to a full metallic finish depending on how much water you use.
The formula is water-activated: a damp brush picks up the pigment cleanly, and the colour pays off immediately without the cracking or fading that can plague cheaper pressed liners. At 3g, the pan is compact enough to travel but substantial enough to last.

How to use: Dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
