The Capricorn sweatshirt is the latest addition to Heiko Clothing's Zodiac Collection, and it carries the sign's origin story with it: in Greek myth, the god Pan transformed into a half-goat, half-fish when he dived into the Nile to escape the giant Typhon. It is an image of adaptability and resilience — which, as it happens, also describes the fabric.
The blend — 85% certified organic cotton, 15% recycled polyester — is the reason this sweatshirt feels noticeably softer than a conventional cotton alternative. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, which means the fibre retains more of its natural structure. The recycled polyester adds durability and shape retention without pulling the composition away from its natural base. The result is a sweatshirt that breathes well, holds its form, and gets better with washing rather than worse.
