The Neutral Bundle pulls together the warmer, earthier end of the Spectra Lash range — shades that sit closer to natural lash tones but with enough pigment to shift a look entirely.

The formula is a pigmented, lengthening tubing mascara. Tubing mascaras work differently from film-forming formulas — instead of coating lashes with a layer that can smudge or flake, the formula wraps each individual lash in a tiny tube of colour. The result is defined, lengthened lashes with colour that stays put until you actively remove it with warm water.
