A cleansing balm that does the job without the aftermath. Sintra Naturals designed this around a simple idea: that removing make-up at the end of the day should restore your skin, not deplete it.
The balm melts on contact with warm hands, which means it gets into the contours of the face properly — including around the eyes — before you wipe it away with a warm cloth. The kaolin clay in the formula helps lift environmental residue and excess from the skin gently; it is one of the mildest clays available and is sourced abundantly in the UK. Shea butter brings the richness that makes this feel like a treatment rather than a chore. Grapeseed oil, a natural by-product of the wine industry and a sustainable ingredient used across European skincare for centuries, is allergen-free and suitable for all skin types.

How to use: Take a scoop of cleansing balm and warm it between your hands. Warm the balm gently onto your face and neck and massage thoroughly. If you are wearing eye make-up, spend a bit more time massaging the eyes. Gently wipe your face clean with a warm cloth, flannel, or just warm water. You can use a normal face wash afterwards, or simply follow your post-cleanse routine — whatever your skin needs.
