Replace your toothbrush heads every three months to maintain optimal performance and hygiene as well as keeping your Sonic Wave toothbrush clean.
* Please replace your brush heads at least every 3 months, as recommended by dentists. This is especially important with our bamboo replacement heads. Replacing every three months makes sure that water does not pool at the top of the handle from the bamboo as well as ensuring the inner biodegradable workings do not start to break down, affecting the efficacy of the toothbrush head. This can, in some rare cases, cause water to make its way into the inner workings of the brush handle effecting the motor of the toothbrush.
Please also note, if you are purchasing your toothbrush heads and not using them for over a year, they can, in some cases, start to degrade on the inside effecting the efficacy of the toothbrush head.
Organically Epic cannot be held responsible if you are misusing the heads. Truly degradable materials will do as they should, they’ll start to degrade over time, it doesn’t mean they are not ‘as good as’ plastic products, just that we need to be mindful that they should be used differently.
