Glisten Cosmetics built their wet liner pans around one idea: full-colour intensity without the full-colour price tag. The Raspberry pan delivers a deep purple-pink that reads bold and saturated from the first stroke, activated simply by dipping a brush into water and swirling into the pigment.
The formula is designed to sit in a palette system — these pans are made to be collected, mixed, and refilled rather than thrown away when one shade runs out. At 3g, each pan is compact enough to travel but substantial enough to last.
