Most baking paper is bleached white, coated with synthetic silicone, and wrapped in plastic. This one is none of those things — and it still works.
Eco Green Living's parchment paper is made from FSC-certified paper with a food-grade greaseproof coating, unbleached and free from chlorine, BPA, and synthetic dyes. At 38gsm, it has enough weight to handle roasting and wrapping without tearing, and it is oven-safe for everyday baking. The 30cm x 20m roll is a practical size that fits standard UK baking trays without trimming.
When you are done with it, it goes in the compost — the paper is certified compostable, not just biodegradable (a distinction worth making, since biodegradable has no regulated standard). The packaging is plastic-free recyclable cardboard.
