A vibrant, skin-loving plate designed to nourish from within. Delicate salmon glazed with hibiscus and citrus, served over fresh greens for a light, radiant finish.
Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet
- Mixed leaves (spinach, rocket or watercress)
- ½ orange or grapefruit (segments)
- ¼ cucumber (sliced)
- Handful pomegranate seeds (optional but VERY glow)
- Fresh herbs (mint or basil)
- 1 Can of Mizu
Hibiscus Glaze:
- 2 tbsp strong hibiscus or Catalyse Beauty tea (cooled)
- 1 tsp honey
- Squeeze of lemon
- Pinch of salt
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Squeeze lemon
- Tiny drizzle honey
Preparation:
- Pan-sear or oven-bake salmon
- In the last minute, brush with hibiscus glaze and let it caramelise lightly
- Build salad base with leaves, citrus, cucumber
- Place salmon on top & Scatter pomegranate + herbs
- Drizzle dressing & serve with your Mizu
