Ingredients:
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 Can of Mizu (from Catalyse Life Drinks)
- 1 Tsp of grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp of tamarind paste
- 1 Tbsp of soy sauce
- 1-2 Tsp of lime juice
- 1 Tbsp of hibiscus tea (or Catalyse Beauty tea)
- 1 Tsp of sesame oil
- 1 Tsp of pickled ginger
- Pak choi & tenderstem broccoli
How to use:
- Make the glaze: Mix the tamarind paste, soy sauce, hibiscus tea, grated ginger, lime juice, 2 tbsp of Mizu, and sesame oil together in a bowl.
- Season the chicken lightly and heat the oil in a pan on a medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken until golden, about 3 minutes on each side.
- Add your greens (pak choi and tenderstem broccoli) to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Pour the prepared glaze over the chicken and vegetables, allowing it to thicken and become shiny as it coats everything.
