There are hand washes that smell nice and hand washes that do something. Bouclé's Lavender & Clary Sage sits in the second camp. The formula combines English lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) for its soothing, herbaceous-floral character with clary sage (Salvia Sclarea) for its calming, slightly earthy depth — two essential oils that work together rather than competing. It lathers easily, rinses clean, and leaves skin soft rather than stripped.
The 250ml amber glass apothecary bottle is not just an aesthetic choice. Glass is inert, preserves the essential oil integrity better than plastic, and — crucially — Bouclé has built a refill system around it.
