Glisten Cosmetics launched their first-ever coloured foundation range with ten vibrant shades, and dark blue is exactly what it sounds like: a fully pigmented, full-coverage base that wears like a foundation rather than a face paint. The satin finish keeps it from reading flat or theatrical, and the water-resistant formula means it holds through the day without the heavy, cakey feeling that tends to come with high-pigment products.
All ten shades in the Spectra Base range are mixable and customisable — so dark blue can be blended with other shades to build your own colour, or layered for intensity. Set with a translucent powder to extend wear.
A note on pigment: the formula is richly pigmented, and some shades may cause temporary staining. Use an oil-based cleanser for best removal results.

How to use: Shake well before use. Apply to skin and blend. To increase longevity of wear, set with a translucent powder. For removal, an oil-based cleanser is recommended, particularly for deeper shades.
