Most body butters leave a film. This one does not. Sintra Naturals' Chamomile Silky Butter uses cetyl alcohol — a fatty alcohol, not a drying one — alongside mango seed butter to create a texture that melts into skin rather than sitting on top of it. The result is a moisturiser that absorbs quickly, leaves a silky rather than greasy finish, and works hardest right after a shower when skin is still warm and receptive.
The mango butter at the heart of this formula is pressed from the kernels of the mango fruit — dense with fatty acids and a natural source of both vitamin A and vitamin C. Vitamin A helps reduce the appearance of fine lines over time; vitamin C supports a firmer, more plump-looking complexion. Sweet almond oil adds vitamin E, which provides the amino acids that support collagen production — the protein responsible for keeping skin smooth and even as it ages.
Chamomile essential oil (Anthemis nobilis) rounds out the formula with skin-soothing properties and a gentle, pleasant aroma. Grapefruit peel oil contributes a light citrus note and antioxidant support.
