The handles are made from FSC® 100% certified bamboo (FSC® C007915), which means the bamboo is independently certified against the Forest Stewardship Council's principles: maintaining forest ecosystems, upholding indigenous land rights, and committing to sustain the forests used. Bamboo is also one of the fastest-growing plants on earth, so supply is genuinely renewable in a way that plastic simply is not.
The bristles are BPA-free nylon — vegan, and designed to be gentler on teeth and gums than conventional plastic bristles. Each toothbrush in the pack carries a different pattern so four people in the same household never mix them up. The packaging is plastic-free and recyclable.
