The average plastic toothbrush takes up to 500 years to degrade. The UK throws away around 200 million of them every year. Wild & Stone started with that problem and built a toothbrush that does not add to it.
The handle is FSC® 100% certified bamboo — bamboo being one of the fastest-growing plants on earth, which means the supply is genuinely renewable rather than aspirationally so. At the end of its life, the handle can be composted or recycled. The bristles are BPA-free nylon and are not compostable, so they need to be removed before the handle goes in the compost bin — the care instructions below cover this.
Each of the four brushes in the pack has a different pattern printed on the handle, so there is no mixing them up in a shared bathroom. The packaging is recyclable and plastic-free.

How to use:
- Wash thoroughly and remove any loose bristles before first use
- Rinse after each use and let air dry
- Store in an open-air holder
- Replace after 3 months or after illness
- Please remove bristles before composting your used toothbrush
