Ingredients:
- 1 Can of Coral
- A handful of basil leaves
- 1 tsp of hot honey*
- Juice of 1 lime
- Dehydrated lime or Wedges
*If you don't have hot honey, warm some regular honey in a mug, add ginger, fresh chilli or flakes, let it sit and then use.
Preparation:
- In a shaker add the hot honey, basil leaves and lime juice.
- Stir for a minute to infuse the flavours.
- Pour over a highball filled with ice.
- Top up with half a can of Coral.
- Garnish with basil leaves and the dehydrated lime (or wedges).
