Every piece is made using GOTS-certified organic cotton — meaning the fibre is grown without GMOs or pesticides and processed without harsh bleaches, with fair working conditions guaranteed throughout the supply chain. Alongside this, Olly incorporates recycled lace produced through mechanical processing of production scraps, avoiding the chemical-intensive methods that most recycling routes rely on.

The recycled lace story is particularly telling. Rather than sourcing recycled materials from third parties, Olly recovers and grinds their own manufacturing offcuts in-house, spinning them into new thread. This closed-loop approach means waste generated during production is fed directly back into the next collection — a practical, unglamorous decision that speaks more honestly about circularity than most brand messaging ever does.
